I enjoyed a short trip to London to learn more about how to grow my photography business from one of the most successful portrait photographers in America. Yes, this was in London, which meant I was among photographers from Australia, Switzerland, Paris, London and the U.S.A.
Yes, I wish I had more time to spend there, and even more I wished I could be on a holiday with my family.
Despite missing them, I learned so much that I hope I’ll be able to earn more than enough to take my family there in the not too distant future! There will be some changes coming to Native Light Photography so that I can better serve more business owners AND grow.
A few things stood out to me while in London, and if I were to send you all a postcard, I’d include these:
Though there are vast differences between London and Seattle, it feels a bit more like home than any other city I’ve visited close to Boston. The weather is almost the same except for less rain. At least during my 4 short days here.
The city is rich in history. If you’ve never been to Europe, you’ve never seen building as grand and magnificent as these!
The mix of cultures here surpasses anything I’ve seen in my entire life in Seattle. The level of politeness is refreshing.
